It is a two storied house, featuring 4 rooms, the capacity and the furnishing of which give the possibility to be used by 11 persons.

On the first floor there is one room with a double bed. On the other side of the corridor there is a spacious tavern with a fireplace, barbeque and a kitchen completely furnished with kitchen utensils.

On the second floor there is a terrace and three rooms with a double and a single bed each. There are bathrooms on each floor.

In the winter nights dzamal type stoves connected to the central heating system will keep you warm. There is a large green yard around the house and on part of it there is a built professional barbeque with a section for meals. There is also a spacious pavilion at the guests’ disposal.

There are 3 parking places in the yard.
